“I had my house inspected for a rodent problem a few weeks ago. I set up a follow up appointment to have them make repairs and take care of activity. I called the day of to confirm the follow up appointment. The guy on the phone told me the exterminator that was on my file no longer worked there and things got "jumbled around" and they couldn't come out that day. I told him I moved things around and set aside time to have them come out and then I had to go out of town for the weekend and I was very concerned about the situation and I basically got an "I don't know what to tell you". We got back in to find out that they chewed a hole through the cieling. During our initial appt I asked if he was going to check the attic and he didn't seem to think it was necessary. It's clear that it was and this could have been caught sooner. They had two opportunities to fix this. The first time was checking my attic when I asked, and the second time was showing up for the follow up appointment. I now potentially have a very costly issue and these are the professionals that I trusted to help me out with this issue. I now have a massive problem and they definitely have some blame in this.”
