“thieves. Scam artists and thieves. Wheres my money!!!@ First they will not provide service consistently. They will come a few times and stop coming at all. I was a customer for 5 years. During those 5 years there was 3 times services stopped for a while. First time it was so long i had rats in my house. After the third time without services during 5 years i dropped their service for not providing work and charging me. I have no idea exactly how many months I paid without service in total. They set appointments you go to work trusting they will come and they say they did but traps are not reset with food nor are dead bodies taken out. Always check the work they said they did. After i ended my service with them Redi stole 200 dollars from me. Told them for 3 months to get me off the billing list after I ended my service with them October. They continued to bill me I called them 4 times and sent 3 emails. They said it will be fixed. Got charged 200 at the end of Friday haha. Theyr thieves.”
