They first sent a representative to assess and later, the same day, sent a person to set traps inside and outside our home and began blocking potential entrances. They are returning today, one week later to check traps block larger entrees. We have confidence they will resolve our issue.”

“They are very reliable company. The person who used to service my house every month was very professional. Friendly and easy to talk too. Only thing is that my monthly service stopped with out infoming me. When I called they are friendly and resumed my service right away. One thing I wish was I would get the person who used to service my house back.”

“Service with Redi National started out spectacular. Unfortunately, as key employees seems to leave so did the good service. The final reason for cancelling service was that the tech would submit a write up of what was completed before they even arrived. And then would spend less than 10 min supposedly completing pest and mole control. At one point I was outside reading in my yard and the tech said he had been by and completed service. I got push back from the office when I told them I was literally outside and nobody came by. I refuse to pay only ti be gaslit. Customer service and the pest control is seriously lacking.”
