“We had termites in just over a year. Stateline (spoke to Tim) allegedly pre-treated our house on construction, and said they pre-treated again once backfilled. We have termites just over a year later. They offered to come do a complete treatment for $500 since I did not receive a letter from them asking if we’d continue with their service. I asked questions about what product they’d use, how much they would use, their process (they would not drill into the concrete blocks underneath), etc. My upcoming service was cancelled due to a “misunderstanding” on their part and they never called to reschedule. When I called, Tim said “we’re no longer interested in servicing your house”. When I asked why, he responded with “We don’t feel you trust us, so you can use your current pest control guy.” I got the impression they did not like that I was informed about their inferior product and had questions. I hold a personal belief it is up to the company to prove I can trust them. If they’ve pre-treated twice and we have termites they either did not really pre-treat or have a terrible product. Very unprofessional remarks and poor scheduling. We went with Proven Pest Solutions, they found our termites on a routine pest spray and inspection and are honest with great quality product.”

“Seems to be a trend with this company failing to show for scheduled services, wasting their clients time with poor time management and not even a call to reschedule until the four hour appointment time has past. Making excuses such as. “I accidentally booked the appointment for next year” or the technician is suddenly in training half way through the appointed time. STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! They No-Show more than George Jones!!”
