“Less than 2 months after an indoor treatment, there were issues with roaches inside my rental property. I requested them to assess the issue. Zero communication after the first treatment or the follow up assessment. I had to follow up myself a few times just to receive conflicting explanations from the technician and the supervisor. Now I am questioning if anyone actually did the treatment at all. Not happy with the quality of their service nor their lack of communication. Will not use their service again.”

“We have been using Orkin for the three years we've been in our house. They recently tried some forceful sales tactics which left us looking for a new lawncare and pest service. We have had a problem with small black ants coming from our garden to the house. Orkin wanted to sell us insulation after being called out for the ants!!! If it were lagoon safe and nitrogen free. 15 minutes later I received a call back, and an appointment was set for Wednesday afternoon for an initial inspection.
