“This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I called to get assistance with a bee problem on my property. The rep I talked to was nice enough and let me know the cost. I let him know I wasn't ready to schedule the service just yet, but that I would call back in a week to do so. He took my info down to get me into the system, along with my debit card info. At the time he advised this was only necessary to get me registered in their system, nothing more. Later that afternoon I see a pending transaction to deduct funds for the service I had not yet scheduled, along with a second transaction for the same amount. I call the rep back, he advises it was supposed to be a hold. I reiterated I had not scheduled anything and to please cancel the transaction. The next day, both transactions go through and over draft my account. Soon after, several bills I have set up for auto draft pull as well causing numerous over draft fees. I quickly get in touch with the local office who gets me a manager. He assures me the two drafts for the service I hadn't scheduled would be refunded shortly, and to email him my account details to look into refunding the over draft fees. I send the info. A day goes by and I hear nothing. And now other bills of mine have also over drafted causing a total of 8 over drafts on my account. I begin calling the manager of the local office and leaving him messages for several days hearing nothing back. I call his office and leave a message with the front desk rep who says they will notifying the manager and have him call. A day or two and still nothing. Call the manager again, leave another message. Eventually a week later I get a voice mail from the manager saying he just now got all of my messages and never got my email. Here I had taken down the email wrong. He then informs me that they will refund me the two transactions they processed and the two over draft fees associated, but not the remaining 6 over draft fees. You see, he said this was my fault because he never got my email. Totally shirking any responsibility for the fact that I had been trying to reach him for over a week to fix this. Because of this company's lack of accountability for their actions and consistent unresponsiveness, my family had go without buying groceries for an extra week in the middle of a pandemic when my wife is out of work and we are already short on money. Absolutely atrocious service. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid Terminix like the black plague.”
