“Called them to trap a groundhog, and then they left it in the trap for over 24 hours, despite us calling repeatedly to ask them to come pick up the trap. If you try to call customer service, they redirect to a call center which just tries to placate without solving anything. Inhumane, barbaric treatment of an animal. Call someone else if you want pests removed in a timely, professional manner.”

“First off you have to sign a yearly contract. Second, you have to install a rodent detector even if you don’t want it. Third when you need an appointment you have to call a national number instead of the guy that’s right around the corner and wait on hold then speak with someone to get an appointment. fourth service only allows four hour windows, this last time I waited four hours and no one showed up no one called. My advice is find a local independent operation.”
