“Steve is a legend! We had a very crafty mother raccoon living in our attic. It was trap shy (someone tried before to trap it), so this made Steve's job even harder. This was not an easy removal, but Steve worked tirelessly, he was available, he was transparent and didn't stop until she and her babies vacated the attic. Initially, given my naivete in the pest removal industry hired a company that advertises frequently and often on the internet. He set a trap "in my attic", and left it there for 3 days without checking on the trap or the animal that could have been trapped. He did not return my calls, and did not come when he said he would.
