“Bill has yet to perform a single treatment and I can already give him 5 stars. After working with another company for 2 months to get on top of a roach problem in my house and garage, I was pointed to Bill. After speaking on the phone, I texted him some pictures of the bugs and he agreed that they were a certain species. He asked if he can come by at 9 pm to see the roaches when they are active, as my description of the roaches' behavior did not match with what he knew of this species. I knew right away I was dealing with a pro who is dedicated to his craft. He called back the next day after speaking to his former professor from school, a world renown expert, who identified them as a different species which explained their odd behavior patterns and why other treatments were not effective. This other species is rarely found in my area so I guess we'll make for an interesting case study one day.
