“We had ABC Pest control for over 20 years, never a problem. Now Turner Pest Control, in just a few months have not done their job. We requested someone to come and check as we had red ants, the tech they sent had no clue how to handle and acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about. We had a new local place come and they fixed the problem at once. Turner had horrible customer service saying they would get back to us and never did, below is a photo of “no problem)!!!!!!”

“ABC was good until they merged with Turner, too long of a story to write but the new tech that was sent didn't have any information on me n I have a pet n so does everyone in the complex n he wanted me to close my bedroom n bathroom door for at least one hr which didn't make sense to me cause before that never happened I'm on oxygen n have emphysema n I can't risk inhaling the wrong chemicals I could end up in the hospital which that already occurred well I told him NO but the nail in the coffin was when he started talking about politics that was it I called the office n said I wanted to talk to the owner that I was hot never came to the phone the following day she called left me a msg to call which I did she never came to the phone well I reported him n said that I no longer was going to do business with them they were very apologetic but my mind was made up, so I went with another company n I'm very happy with them”
