“AVOID THIS COMPANY. I had been using them for a number of years to handle termite inspections and decided to hire the for pest care on my lawn. A few months later, I added mosquito control, which consisted of them placing 4 plastic containers on my property. When I realized 2 months later that I was being charged $56 a month for those plastic containers, I researched whether I could buy them on my own. And sure enough, I could buy 4 and save myself a lot of money. I then asked to have that one service ended. That request was denied because they said I made a year-long commitment 0 that if I ended early, I owed them $468.. When my technician came out this week, I said he hadn't told me about the year-long commitment nor had the company emailed me about that. He too said he hadn't known about that commitment either. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and let me homeowners association know about this company. Interesting to note that they are NOT Better Business Bureau certified!”
