“Horrible customer service. My home was tented for termites. They broke home decor inside my home! They also didn’t thoroughly explain any of the preparations process. $500 worth of food down the bin. They left my gates open with expensive roofing equipment out in the open, also a inground pool that kids could trespass, jump in and possibly drown because of their carelessness. I recommend you look elsewhere. I didn’t have a choice, my landlord chose them. But any of you that do have a say, stay clear of these people. Shady business with disgusting customer service. They also didn’t say anything about my baby’s mattress and if I didn’t call after the fact. My child could have been killed by these people’s negligence during the preparation process. Keep your family safe and steer clear of these people. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. **Update** Owner called me and extended their “apologies” for the broken vase. Owner stated he would stop by and write me a check for the broken vase. Never did. But funny enough when we hung up the first time they quickly called me back to ask if I can take down the review. I said “sure” never told them when, obviously I knew the kind of game they tried playing. This company not only has horrible customer service, but are shady and low. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Don’t spend your hard earned dollar on them.”

“I just had my home treated for subterranean termites. (I did not use Haskell's drywood termite tenting services). When I contacted them, the office personnel (Sarah) were polite and they sent an inspector out to my home within two days' time (Professional, Responsive). Although after their initial inspection, I did not receive a proposal timely (not Responsive), they did get one to me right away when I inquired about it. (Responsive) On the day they came out, the workers were on-time and very polite. (On Time, Professional) They had adequate personnel assigned to the job who got right to work and made excellent use of their time. I did not see any workers not working. (Professional, Good Quality). They treated everything I had asked to be treated with a lot of injection points (not skimpy coverage) and diligently included all the areas that they had previously identified during the inspection. They treated the entire perimeter of my home plus three indoor doorway areas and the back walls of a new bathroom I recently installed to protect the new construction in the future. (Good Quality) The interior injection points are virtually invisible and care was taken to have them be so. (Good Quality) After this treatment, I have a lifetime guarantee against subterranean termites for a low monthly fee which was 1/5 the monthly fee amount quoted by other companies I had bids from (Good Value). The initial main service cost me 50% less than the two other bids I had from local national-brand termite treatment companies. (Good Value) This was a smooth business transaction where a good job was done for good value to the consumer and no un-necessary hassle. I am very happy to have an experience like this with a contractor these days. Like someone else said in a review here, "not everyone is a jerk". I have found this company to be honest and reliable and I would do business with them again (but since they are so thorough, I won't have to). Kudos to a great team at Haskell!
