“After a year of services I questioned the management as to why our lawn looked so poor, weeds throughout or dead in many areas . Was informed that under new management and had a manger come out and give me a list of issues with lawn. I asked why these items were never brought up previously and they didn’t have an answer. After one “treatment” by manager saw no improvement again and then silence. Called to inquire what was going on and was asked by phone rep to allow her to have manager give me a call back which I agreed and thnxd her… apparently she turned to a colleague and bs’d that I “blew her up” which I guess if you consider complaining that I had heard nothing from them and asking to speak to someone blowing up then ok? Never swore or anything … got a call back from someone with the words we aren’t bullshitting you and blaming me for yelling at her colleague … needless to say done with your company and you need to learn how to handle complaints and treating customers better … you should own up to your awful service and pay for the grass that has died over the last year of your “treatments “”
