“Job was completed on scheduled and the service was professional. I have used them several times However they were unable to charge a credit card that I gave them since the card was limited to the exact amount for the job,(Over $2000). They took it upon themselves to use a different credit card number they had on file for another job that was under $200. Since i assume they wanted to combine the payments. They gave me no warning about this and we found out later when we got our credit card statement. The money was owed to them either way but, this is bad accounting practice to not inform the customer of how the finance will be handled.”
