“First I want to say that Joe was super polite and seemed like a great guy. I contracted him to remove some raccoons from my porch roof and address the hole. Joe would not put traps on the roof because of “the neighborhood I live in”. I mentioned to him the roof was under warranty and he stated that I should just have them come fix the roof. He never caught any raccoons and after a few days of not catching anything his traps where gone and so was he. I had the roof repaired and the raccoons are still here and have tore the roof back open. Now he is to busy to return and catch the raccoons and it’s my fault for getting the roof repaired when he told me to do it. He claims I paid for two weeks of trapping, when what I paid for was Raccoon removal. I contacted a separate company and relayed the situation to them and right away they knew who I was talking about without me ever saying a name. Use at your own risk.”
