“This place doesn’t tell you about contracts. We advised the lady on the phone that we are MOVING. So we needed to get some spray done to our house to make sure nothing crawls around when we are ready to rent it. When the tech came he too was shock he said if you guys are moving why did you ask for month to month huhhhh no we didn’t. So we basically was put in a contract and was told to pay , mind u this was the next day no good customer service to say oh no ok for that we can not charge you the fee to cancel since Ms lady did not tell us about no contract.”
