“We had a great experience with the owner and Eugene/Springfield tech to start, but the reliability, communication and professionalism of this business was ultimately subpar. Our gopher problem was never solved, and on the fourth visit to our property the tech was a no call no-show. I did not receive any replies after several attempts to contact the business over the course of three weeks; we were effectively ghosted and very disappointed. I contacted our original referral source and they were not aware of any reasons that would have impacted a call, text, or email reply (I asked because I know and understand that life happens.) Understandably, our referral source was embarrassed by the experience.”
