She was unaware she was being watched as she scrubbed walls and under eaves with the brush and she was happily smiling away as she worked. She remembers the dogs names and she's quick and efficient which is great. It's hard to keep the kids penned up inside while she works so having it done quickly helps. “Technician was great. 5 stars. But Pointe Pest Control has terrible customer service. Notified of a Saturday service. No ETA on when technician would arrive. I called the number Saturday morning and after several phone links left a message with scheduling asking for ETA. Never received a call or text back. I waited all day as the technician needed to get inside the house. He showed up at 3:30. A wasted day. Again, he was great. After he left I received a request for a review. I clicked on link and was sent to Google Maps. Another screw up.”
