“I was charged $250.00 to rid my house of ants. Within 7 weeks the ants were back thicker than ever. The job was done in a hurried matter without time being taken to solve the problem. They then attempt to pressure you into an ongoing contract for almost $300.00 a year. It's almost like they don't really want to solve the problem to keep you using their services at inflated prices.”

“I hired GEPC to do an inspection of my home. Rats had gotten in through a broken vent and needed to be drawn out. I wanted the vent fixed and traps left out. But because it is winter and my home is on a hill there was water present in the crawl space. They informed me they would not move forward with any work until I have a sump pump installed under the house. I thought the price to get rid of the rats was going to be expensive enough. This is not something I can do currently. So I'm back to square one with an ongoing rat problem.”
