“Don't do business with this place. They charged me $1000 (one thousand) for a bed bug treatment. The crew was only here for 1.5 hours and found 0 bed bugs. I didn't need the second treatment or any other treatment. They refused to refund any money because I don't need the second treatment. Instead, they offered to give me credit for services I don’t need, which will expire in 2 months. The person plain refused to refund me any money and gave me a lame excuse of an invoice being posted and couldn't be reversed. As if the rest of us are dumb people who never dealt with accounting. Bad bad business.”
