“We have been customers for over 20 years, with a prepaid service. Unfortunately, this past year has seen a dramatic decline in quality of service. We have made 3 phone calls, and had the manager come out here to see where several areas had obviously been skipped on our properties. Today, the receipt for service was placed inside the doorframe immediately adjacent to the front porch light that they claimed had been dewebbed. So frustrating to see how much money I spend for this low level of detail.”

“I have used Swanson’s a number of times over a 30 year period. Originally I needed help getting rid of ants in the kitchen ( ! once !). The other service calls were for sugar ants outside but near the house. Once or twice carpenter ants were also found & treated with the ants. All the following years I only had them do a 1 time service & it always worked. Plus they include 2 follow up visits to their one time treatments. They coached me on steps I could take to reduce the ants attraction to “homesteading” inside. ? My last few service calls were handled by Daniel. I saw him every 2 -3 years on average. (I am okay with ants outside until they get right next to the house.) He was respectful of my safety concerns, transparent in giving info, calm & professional & never tried to oversell their services. He explained things clearly & gave me the options & his recommendations. He asked for coaching from his supervisor by phone to tap into his knowledge base. All in all, he inspires confidence in Swanson services. (Daniel is a great representative for Swanson’s.)”
