“Have been very pleased with Bug Brigade's service over the years. They are responsive, reliable, and very safe under the current conditions. Highly recommend them. This review was for Bug Brigade. Turner bought them and they do not provide the same level of service that Bug Brigade did. We moved on to a new company.”

“I would give a zero star rating if I could. They lie and then ignore you. They claimed that I called and said I wasn’t sure I wanted to continue service in April, so they cancelled the next service n June, but kept billing me in the interim. When I call them in Sept when I noticed no one’s been out in a while, they schedule a service for Sept 23rd and afterward when I call as I never got an alert, they claim the tech said he came out. Again, another lie as evidenced by my security system. They did send someone out immediately, but I asked for compensation. Was told being reviewed. However, based on past history, think that was also a lie. Bug Brigade before was good, but sadly they got bought by Turner and everything went downhill afterwards in my experience. Canceling service and going with a competitor. They had their chance to make things right and decided not to from my experience.”
