“I have to say I am beyond grateful that we found Mr Blake to help us save our father's "barn"... After losing our father unexpectedly in April my sister's and I found ourselves overwhelmed to say the least besides inheriting a complete farm with hundreds of animals we also received what we all fondly call "the barn" which in reality is more like a house with 3 horse stalls downstairs lol it was a barndominium before people had ever heard of such a thing! It's a beautiful and unique property that our father loved dearly and a testament to his greatness and perseverance so when I found termites we were all devastated!!! I wish Bug ME had come up first in my search but sadly that wasnt the case and our FIRST quote was starting price 10k involving tenting the whole thing etc and as much as we love the barn that just wasn't something any of us could afford to do... I was afraid we'd have to burn it tbh... I called another "local" company and they came out and altho cheaper than 10k it wasn't by much and they still made me feel like it was a losing battle... then just by chance Mr Blake showed up! Lol I'd completely forgotten about making an appt with him id literally called every last company in the phone book and had basically given up and was just discouraged when this lil magical man popped up and changed everything!!!!! NOT only was he absolutely the MOST knowledgeable out of everyone I'd dealt with he was truly the MOST personable as well! He gave us HOPE and in the end it didn't even cost is a fraction of what the others had proposed.... that upsets me bc they all knew the situation we were in and I'm fairly sure it was obvious how much we all loved this place and were desperate to save it and i can't help but feel the others tried to take advantage of us... maybe because we are girls maybe bc we a fairly young idk and frankly idc Mr Blake came out here and did ALL that they were and so much MORE tbh (he not only treated the termites he sprayed the whole house inside and out for all bugs and also installed rat traps again ALL for far far less than the other companies had quoted us for JUST the termite treatment) He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I will be a lifelong customer!!! Ive already gotten my sister to sign up and my mom's next! Lol he's THAT good trust me! Good luck and don't give up until you've had Mr Blake take a look! You never know what kinda magic he might be able to work for you too! ? Oh annnd our Lil dog absolutely LOVES him and you know what they say about a dog's ability to sense people... OK so his lil dog treats don't hurt but still ? Just saying my family and I are 110% satisfied customers!!! *non compensated testimony”
