“We had two appointments on two separate days and BUG OUT did not show to either appointment. They gave us the run around when we tried to cancel and had to speak with 3 different people. How do they stay in business???”

“This company is NO longer a local business. Don’t be fooled by the Bug Out local business statements!! They have been bought out by Rentokil based out of Cincinnati, OH. Ever since the company was acquired their services have plummeted. I was due for service last Saturday never received a call until they were 5 mins away and I wasn’t home! They put me on the schedule for the next Saturday. I sat home all day waiting and when I called for an ETA the lady told me it’s not this Saturday it’s next Saturday. But then she said no one was on the schedule so they probably won’t come anyway. Really?!?!? Mind you they have no problem auto debiting my account on time every month. Casey used to be my tech and he was AWESOME!!! Always on time and very polite and respectful. Unfortunately they told me Casey had been let go. Don’t support this company!!! I have cancelled my services.Also take note on the reviews… all high stars until the company was bought out… I see nothing but 1 star SMH”
