“I used Apex for lawn spraying for years without issues, but for some reason, Nader's took over my account without any notification. Since then, service has gone downhill. They no longer knock on the door or leave any information about the lawn's status or care, and I've never been contacted besides them telling me they didn't do the back because a dog was out. (They could have knocked on the door.) I am in the process of re-sodding my yard due to chinch bugs—a problem their techs should have caught and advised me on. All they seem to do was spray something and collect payment. The personal service I valued is gone, and I'm left wondering why I was even paying them. The service has been canceled.”
