“The biggest problem with Naders compared to others we’ve used is their lack of communication. They love to auto bill your card on file but will never call to see how things are going before coming out or after. You will never hear from them unless you call. FYI- hiring them for animal seclusion is merely them cutting screens and stapling it to your attic vents for thousands of dollars and it’s warrantied for 1 year. It’s not worth it- hire a handyman. Prices for regular treatment are twice what we pay in St. Augustine. The lack of communication came to a head when we sold our home and they continued to bill our card. I called 4 times and spoke to someone multiple times before leaving this review. We were promised a call back, never received one. A check came in the mail 2 months later for a refund of a single month even though they transferred ownership of the account (but not payment) 6 months earlier. Our new pest company sends texts about dates for appointments and are very easy to contact. I don’t think my expectations are out of line.”
