“Good sales, seemed sensible and logical, easy payment and user friendly coordinator on the phone, but the follow-up customer service was terrible. I had an armadillo problem, paid for the services and no results. Zero. The armadillo is still around, us they caught nothing for the duration of the 21 day contract. Worse, I had to telephone Scott, the coordinator, proactively to arrange for cage relocations, etc. Worse, requested on multiple occasions for the field contact to knock on my door so that we could discuss what was going on, and that did not occur; poor customer service, very disappointed customer.”

“On October 21, FCWS can to my house. Lied and said I had wood rats (Rodents and squirrels in my attic). They were scheduled to return on October 30 between 12pm - 2pm. Its 4:48 and still no sign of FCWS, I called the call multiple times and they advised the service professional was on his way. Please please don't hire them, they lied about the wood rats and the squirrel left after she had her baby.”
