“I smelled a terrible odor coming from garage. Went in to check found a big dead Rat. I screamed and was shaking. Googled and found Ratchet Roach pedt control. called explained how frightened I was and could you please send someone over. Within 30 minutes Darrell the owner arrived! He looked over my house and said he will come back tomorrow morning. it was 7:30 when he arrived. He removed the dead Rat too. Darrell is very professional, kind, compassionate to me. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Darrell is the best i recommend him and his company highly!!! Do not look any further if you need a reliable honest guy.”
