“I have been a loyal customer for many years. Their service is typically outstanding. Not a lot of turnover in technicians which helps with understanding customer’s lawns. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is based on their pricing. Not only does it continue to rise annually, but this year was extremely high. Companies don’t understand when they raise their prices and the consumer’s income is not rising at the same time, an issue occurs. I used to have their lawn and shrub service, but now removed the shrub component. If they continue to raise prices, I will begin to find a new lawn treatment service.”
