“First time Victor has sprayed my lawn. Asked me if I had any concerns about my yard before spraying. The second time my yard was to be treated, the technician didn't treat my whole back yard(on video). So I called the office at 1407 the day he sprayed and no one anwers so I leave a voice mail. No calls me back the next day, so I call and got a hold of Ashley. I explained to her what happened and she said they will have the tech come back out,didn't say when and my fault I didn't ask. So I called a few hours later and got Ashley again. She got a little snippy with me when I asked if they could give me a heads up when they are coming back I have dogs. Didn't appropriate the tone when she said he's not coming today or tomorrow. I didn't expect the guy come today. I should have never paid a year in advance. This is only the SECOND treatment of my lawn from this company. Not a good start.”
