“Our sellers waited for them to show for an inspection and they never did. So, I called to check in. The receptionist was extremely rude when letting me know that they did get there but couldn’t open the foundation door due to the ice… understandable. So, I asked her if her technician knocked on the door or requested help from the seller who was home and waiting. She refused to answer, continued being incredibly rude, and then hung up on me when another line started ringing. I am sure the technicians are fine, but I will never recommend this company again due to the unprofessional staff.”

“We had an appointment on Friday and they called and said the guys called in sick and wont be there . .so rescheduled for following Tuesday! I called 30 minutes before time to come out to make sure they were running on time . The person that answered the phone said oh no your orders are right here in front of me .I don't know why they didn't go out . So I said so your not coming? No mam . I said I'll call someone else .”
