“At this point, it’s been about six months and I still still have the same pest problem that I hired them for and it has never been resolved. The owner has came out to my property and I don’t have a problem with him personally, but I feel like for what I was paying for the problem should’ve been resolved by now. Every time I call into the office, I met with a receptionist that does not want to help me at all and I feel like she doesn’t like her job. She is extremely rude .The issue is always minimized. I have spent extra money trying to resolve the issue myself at this point. I feel very disappointed and own a business myself, and would never treat my clients the same way.”
