“McGee sales rep James Bland while a very nice and pleasant guy did not do enough to satisfy my concerns. He did an initial inspection and I also gave him some info about what I’ve heard from scratching in the wall to a couple other things. He made an assumption it was a mouse. I felt like it was something bigger so I got a second opinion from Terminix,turns out after their inspection it is a rat we have because Terminix rep pulled out the oven and found rat droppings and took pics of it. He also went in the attic looked in my bottom cupboards. He did way more to determine the issue versus the McGee rep not doing those things. I will say that no company experience is always positive because ive seen negative reviews about Terminix also so all I can give is my positive or negative feedback. Negative for McGee and positive so far for Terminix.”
