“I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and aggressive business practices of this company. Despite my husband informing them that we are out of the country and will schedule services upon our return, they continued to contact me instead - on a Sunday afternoon, which also happened to be my husband’s birthday. This level of disregard for customer communication is unacceptable. I fail to understand where quarterly pest control service requires such urgency that you have to contact both of us separately - while we’re on vacation, on a Sunday, and even on a birthday. This is not our first negative experience with their aggressive communication, but I assure you it will be the last. I am canceling my services effective immediately. Send me a bill for my final service and leave it at that. Do not contact me any further.”
