“Don’t waste your time with this company! We had them out around april of 2023, signed a year contract for them to come out quarterly and haven’t heard from them since until today. I cancelled our services as I will find a more reliable pest control company that that I can count on to which they charged us $25 to bring our price up to the one time service price vs a contract price. I explained that me cancelling is not for lack of not wanting the service, but being disappointed with their ability to not fullfill the requirement of coming out when they are supposed to. It was stated that the ONLY requirement they have to contacting a customer is a phone call. No voicemail, no text, no follow up call ONE PHONE CALL. That is absolutely ridiculous to not have to leave a voicemail, therefore expecting someone to 1. Answer every single call or 2. Call every number back. Especially with the amount of spam calls people get nowadays. And at the end of the day blaming the customer for their bad business practices. 10/10 would never recommend.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but after our technician Ashley came out yesterday I was thoroughly impressed with her work. She was super friendly and highly knowledgeable in the service provided. I’ve had two technicians out that have sparked a conversation and asked about the pests we’ve seen. When she came in she explained how everything worked and why we might see an influx of bugs for a while due to the initial spraying. She took the time to answer everything and didn’t rush it at all.”
