I asked if they could come on a Saturday to spray, and the reply I received was simply, “Unfortunately, we do not work on weekends.” That was it—no mention of what days are available or when they could schedule me. It felt dismissive, like they weren’t really interested in gaining new customers. Still, I wanted to give them another shot, so I tried calling again to talk through scheduling—no answer, again. If it’s this hard to reach them as a potential customer, I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be once you're already working with them. Between the lack of communication and the curt email response, this was a big red flag for me. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Disappointed with Policy Changes and Customer Service I've been a loyal customer of Robards Pest Control for 5 years, always understanding their service policy to be quarterly—meaning one service per quarter (four times a year). When I called today to schedule my first service for 2024, I was told I would have to pay an $80 restart fee and that my service cost would increase to $50 per visit. Apparently, because my last service was in October, they expected me to schedule in January, following an "every 3 months" policy rather than a quarterly service. I explained the difference, as "quarterly" would mean I have until the end of March to receive my first service of the year. Unfortunately, the representative refused to honor this, so I will be taking my $280 per year elsewhere. Loyal customers deserve clear policies and fair treatment. If you're considering Robards, be sure you understand exactly what you're signing up for.”
