“Was using their services and was satisfied. Until my last service. We actually saw MORE bugs after they left! Called and explained it to them. The first person I spoke to was nice but he needed to call me back, so when they called back the second person on the phone was rude and the pricing scheme or whatever they use had gone up tremendously! Then they violate my privacy by calling my landlord (the person who reccomended Colburn) and telling them about the problem I was having! Called Orkin better deal all around and they wont share any of my info with anyone. Screw this company.”

“We have been on a quarterly schedule with Colburn's for 3 year and used to love them (the reason for 2 stars)! In recent times, however, we aren't being notified of our upcoming appointments until the day of the appointment and then they are showing up an hour before the scheduled time but because we work no one is there to let them in. Today I canceled my service because when I called to have a conversation with them about the changes and charge due to COVID, he practically belittled me and accused me of wanting a freebie. I do not expect to be treated that way as a customer anywhere and certainly not a loyal customer of 3 years.”

“We contacted the company due to a insect problem in our house. Upon arrival James had inspected the area of concern and identified the type of insect we were dealing with. We were pleasantly surprised when he informed us of the problem and did not recommend an immediate treatment, more so a remediation to solve the problem. He could have charged the amount quoted and treated our property with the other recommendations as well. However, their integrity is above that! I will definitely be a customer of theirs and would recommend their services to others. You can be assured that they will not charge you just because, and we know this because we had two other companies inspect our property and they both were wanting to do everything and also spray, both with extended contracts. Keep in mind we deal with only local small businesses within our community!”
