“Veronica is amazing! We had a bat in the attic. It totally freaked us out - so of course we called the health department who sent us to some other company. That company waited over a week to give us an estimate back for exclusion and made us feel like we were living in Dracula's castle. The quote was insanely high and included a $400 40 foot ladder fee. Before we even got that quote back, we called Critter Getters and Veronica came out the next day. Some roofing repairs done by a company the previous summer left a small gap in the roof where a couple of bats had just gotten in recently. Veronica made us feel significantly better and safer in our home, identified the problem areas and an estimate on the amount/length of time of bat activity, and she provided a quote, including cleanup, on the spot. Her professionalism and pure awesomeness was all we needed to know we should go with Critter Getters. She knows what she is doing, and she won't charge you for being in a bad spot or for any unnecessary services (or ladders). She knows how to do the job, and how to do it right. We will absolutely be having her back next year to update the warranty and be sure we don't have any new attic freeloaders.”

“I HIGHLY recommend Critter Getters. I had an issue with a possible Racoon in the attic and thought they were living under my deck. Veronica was out to my house right away. She checked the attic inspected the deck area and found they weren’t living under my deck but my neighbors and I didn’t have any Racoon in my attic but she found a few mice.
