“We found small roaches in our office kitchen on a Monday. I called EPLS, the Manager Roi called me to review what he suspected was German Roaches. Roi was on site the next day to confirm his suspicion. Roi spent close to an hour inspecting and treating for the roaches. We have not seen a single roach since EPLS treated my office 1x!!! EPLS called a few days later to followup and see if the roaches were gone. Talk about customer service! Caring, Fast and Effective! I know who I will be calling for all of my pest control needs going forward.”

“EPLS used to be a good company. Sure, they charged more than other companies, but they also provided better service, so it was worth it. However, over the years as the company has grown, the company has gone down-hill and now their service is absolutely terrible! Customers are now just a number. They only care about their bottom line; customer service is gone. They will make every excuse as to why their treatments are not working. And they're cutting corners with treatments to save themselves some money. Avoid!”
