“Highly recommend. After purchasing our home we kept finding ants around the house & learned this is a pretty common neighborhood issue. A neighbor recommended ECO Pest. Trevor was on time, notified me ahead of his arrival, very nice, professional & knowledgeable. Since this seems to be a common neighborhood issue we have went ahead & we’re added to the same schedule as our neighbor every few months. They didn’t try to over sell us on the idea they needed to be here monthly which I would of done to keep the creepy crawlers out so I appreciate that. After our first ant treatment we had some stragglers in our master bath & some downstairs that were looking for the pantry again so I called and they came back out & they re treated just in case which was under warranty. They asked if he could come on a scheduled day in our area which was a couple days out or if we needed him ASAP. They hadn’t found the pantry so I told them a couple days was okay. They let me know if the problem got worse between then & the scheduled time to call & they would get someone right out to us. Truly amazing customer service & their treatment has been effective! No ants or spiders since.”
