“Was excited and hoping they would be able to help me with my minor mice problem. Nope. I've been with them since September of 2023 now it is April of 2024 still have mice issue. Not happy with their services at all. Called twice about problem in the house and all they did was stop by and give us 2 mouse traps each time to put in the house. Had an inspector come out and tell us we can't do anything for you since we had a few boxes left to be put away. I'm at the stage where I'm going to call and cancel the service and just pay the last payment so I don't have to deal with them no more. The 100% guarantee was said it is for mice but then how do we still have mice after this many months. Don't fall for their trap and get stuck in a yearly contract with them not being able to do anything to help you. With as much as I pay them ($172 per quarter) I could've paid an exterminator and gotten the mice problem dealt with completely. That's my next step now since ecoshield couldn't help me.”
