“The exterminator came by our home today to check out a termite infestation we discovered when doing some outside painting. We asked for an estimate for spraying/chemical treatment. He ID'd the termites as damp wood termites and let us know that there is no need for chemical treatment. We just have to take care of where the dampness is coming into the wood, and the termites will die on their own (unlike dry wood or subterranean termites). He is professional and very knowledgeable. He did not charge us for his time or advice. Thanks!”
