“I went with green ninja because they assured me they did not require a monthly contract !! However when I started using them contrary to that promise they signed me up for monthly service which I specifically said I did not want. When Charlie was there he always made sure I was taken care of, responded swiftly and. Always made sure we were taking care of which was more like every few months since our home is so small. Once he left no one returns calls or emails for service and they are rude to you for not signing up for monthly service! I literally contacted them 6 times by both phone and email with no response or phone call. The company and service has really gone down hill! I’m very disappointed”
