“I have used them for years and have had amazing experiences. But recently, I got a bill for our ongoing termite control which I paid. Now, I want them to come and spray for fleas, ticks, spiders, etc and no one is answering the phone and the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. I am concerned about sending them my check now as who knows if I’ll even get the termite service if I need it. Very disappointed.”
