“We had no other choices since this company bought out our previous service provider. They asked us to sign a contract setting up a raccoon trap in the attic. Setting up $219, then the guy put the trap on the backyard. It caught a different animal can't climb up. But we were charged twice for $109 each time if they come by. We called three (not two) time to cancel the services within two weeks and the words never got to the guy in the field and he kept coming and moving the stupid trap around the backyard and each time he charge $109. By the end of the second week, we got over $500 charges for catching nothing. Now after three calls, I still not sure if they actually cancel the services. If you do not call to cancel, they will come every freaking week and charges you weekly forever. What a joke. Just be careful when you sign. Also make sure you cancel on time. I will not recommend them to anyone.”
