“Hired Mike to remove bats in August 2022. He sealed everything up and said he would be back in the Fall to remove the four tubes. Needless to say, he has never been back to remove the tubes. He won’t respond to phone calls with voice mail messages, nor emails asking him to come back and remove the tubes. I have removed and sealed three of them myself but can not get to the fourth tube. I would think when you pay a man in full for doing the work, he would actually finish the work he was paid for.”

“It was a few years ago now but they charged us $200 per hour, promised to remove the bats and keep them out. They spent 3 months bumbling around and never managed to eliminate the bats. Then they tried to over charge the insurance company in order to cover the deductible - insurance fraud. While trying to fix the problem, they ripped shingles off the roof and crashed thru the ceiling of one bedroom. He was totally incompetent, led repeatedly to us about his experience, and failed to do what he was hired to do. I would stay far, far away from these guys.”
