“I am appalled by this company and their lack of customer service. I have been calling them for two weeks with no response to the issue at hand (over charging and mice in the house). This is unacceptable. I received a rude text informing me they were closed over the holiday which was not communicated on their voicemail, which was only said after I asked to speak with a manager. They have been open for days since and still, no call. They also overcharged me by charging my credit card incorrectly and inconsistently. Should be quarterly, however I was charged 6 times. I’m actually not even sure that they have been more than one time this year as they do not tell you when they are coming. I would never use or recommend this company.”

“Horrible communication, company was supposed to spray inside and outside of both homes but they only did the outsides and charged me full price. I've tried contacting them multiple times for scheduling but they seem to ignore me. I will never use this service ever again.”
