“We paid for not one, but TWO exclusion services and yet there are still squirrels in my attic. They refuse to do anything about it because they want us to pay an additional fee monthly to check traps, but since these exclusions were many months ago, there shouldn't be anything in the traps. The point of exclusion is to prevent animals from entering the home and they did not do their job and don't care that we told them they weren't successful. Additionally, I was told that the regional service manager would reach out months ago, and I was never contacted. Last, when we were using their services, they would call late at night (10pm) to schedule for the next day, which is unprofessional and challenging for working homeowners to accommodate. I would not recommend their services, especially not for exclusion, as I am still catching the squirrels in the attic myself since they never did the work we paid thousands of dollars for. Update: They came out AGAIN to properly seal everything (now for a 3rd time) and there are still squirrels getting in my attic. They communication has not improved either. Incredible hard to contact and schedule with.”

“TERRIBLE! We bought a new home and they were included in the one year warranty. They called me about 20 times trying to get me to renew and I told them politely every time we already had a company we use and would not be renewing. They sent us a bill at the 1 year mark for several hundred dollars even though we declined service. They then came and removed all their traps and left 8 inch deep, 3 inch wide holes everywhere they removed their traps, 12 places total. Would never recommend.”
