“We paid for not one, but TWO exclusion services and yet there are still squirrels in my attic. They refuse to do anything about it because they want us to pay an additional fee monthly to check traps, but since these exclusions were many months ago, there shouldn't be anything in the traps. The point of exclusion is to prevent animals from entering the home and they did not do their job and don't care that we told them they weren't successful. Additionally, I was told that the regional service manager would reach out months ago, and I was never contacted. Last, when we were using their services, they would call late at night (10pm) to schedule for the next day, which is unprofessional and challenging for working homeowners to accommodate. I would not recommend their services, especially not for exclusion, as I am still catching the squirrels in the attic myself since they never did the work we paid thousands of dollars for. Update: Currently working with the company to have these issues addressed. Will update again once resolution is achieved.”

“TERRIBLE! We bought a new home and they were included in the one year warranty. They called me about 20 times trying to get me to renew and I told them politely every time we already had a company we use and would not be renewing. They sent us a bill at the 1 year mark for several hundred dollars even though we declined service. They then came and removed all their traps and left 8 inch deep, 3 inch wide holes everywhere they removed their traps, 12 places total. Would never recommend.”

“I just signed up and had my first service yesterday: None of the very specific needs I pointed out and was told would be taken care of were met. I've tried contacting the business only to find out it's only possible to go through a call center. Each representative told me the actual establishment doesn't handle calls. The person took my complaint and said they'd report it, and I would hear back 24 to 48 business hours. I went with this company as it was urgent and was assured they'd handle things immediately. I now have to go through the weekend and possibly some of next week with the same issues. At this point I feel it's not the proper company for me so I asked to just cancel The rep said okay is there anything else bye bye. I explained I didn't understand...she then said I want to cancel so they'll also have to submit that and I'd hear back next week. I asked to be provided with a reference number in regards to the conversation and was told that's not possible as they don't provide such. I feel sick at the money I just spent out on multiple services and signed up for. My location is Greer SC”
