“MoquitoNix has been really helpful and easy to work with. I reached out to them a few years ago after working with a different provider. I’m really grateful for their care. I find the essential oil spray works well as a mosquito deterrent around my home. Every person I’ve interacted with at their company has been really kind. Thank you very much”

“This company provided pest control services for one of my neighbors. They used a gasoline-powered STIHL machine, resembling a backpack leaf blower, for their treatment. The technician, equipped with goggles and a gas mask, aggressively applied the treatment throughout the yard and trees. Unfortunately, the widespread application resulted in neighboring areas being inadvertently exposed to the sprayed substance. Both the front and back yards were visibly covered with the applied solution. While the process was undoubtedly thorough, I am concerned about the use of airborne chemicals in such a manner. I observed a tank in the back of their truck on their website, and I believe it corresponds to the machine in question.”

“We had our system installed about 18 months ago. We had issues right away (a leaking line, etc) and it took about a month for the issues to be fixed. Once they were fixed, all went smoothly until a few nozzles got clogged. If you are not on the maintenance plan, you will not be tagged as a priority customer. It took too long for them to respond to our issues. We had not bought the quarterly maintenance plan as it seemed pricey, but after experiencing issues (the controller is difficult to program, for example), we decided to get the maintenance. Once we became a maintenance plan client, we noticed a huge improvement in their response times. Plus, they come out to the house for an inspection and replace clogged nozzles quarterly, without needed an appointment, which I greatly appreciate. Bottom line: the misting system WORKS and it has reduced our mosquito population by 90%. It's a hefty initial investment but well worth it. DO get the maintenance plan for peace of mind!”
