“This company was unable to process cancellation (I gave appropriate notice and got verbal confirmation). However, they charged me for a service I did not want a month after I cancelled. Their response to me was that the service agent had a death in the family and potentially made an error. I asked them to review my call and get back to me. Instead, they ignored all email requests and simply called daily for payment. Instead of simply acknowledging their error (or discussing it further), they would call (and in turn, refuse to put any communications in writing) asking for payment. There are a lot of competent and reliable options in Austin. This is not one of them.”

“Look past the reviews after only a few treatments to what happens with this company in the long run. We had treatments for over a year, initially signing a 2-year contract. Big mistake. After a year, their scheduling system fell apart. They would schedule a treatment, then not show up or re-schedule without notifying us. After this happened 3 months in a row, I cancelled service explaining it was because they could not get our treatments scheduled. After at least 4 phone calls and multiple emails to their Austin office, I could never speak with anyone who had the authority to resolve my problem and never got an email reply. Then I got a letter threatening collection action! I paid the outstanding balance to avoid this, but this company simply does not stand by it's promises. I learned a valuable lesson: do not sign up for a long term contract since if the company fails to honor it, there is little an individual can do.”
