I scheduled to have one year of service- and within one treatment there were already no signs of mice anywhere! We continued our treatment for a year, still, because they were so affordable and effective! The employees are very polite and professional, and show up exactly when they are expected to. “Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these services. We contacted PMSI in April. The inspector was friendly and I was on board for the services. However, we never received the promised quote. When we started seeing signs of rodents a few weeks ago, we decided to give them another try. The morning we were supposed to receive a new inspection, the technician never showed. I had taken the morning off to meet him. After the two hour arrival window was almost up I had to call to see if someone was coming. I was then told no one would because of our previous inspection in April. Okay, makes sense. We did finally receive a quote via email. I quickly followed up with an additional question. No reply. I waited a few more days and replied again. To this day we have still not received a reply. We have taken our patronage elsewhere.”
