“Ever since Massey took over, it’s been downhill customer service and quality. You can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone anymore. The one time they did come out to treat my home since Massey took over, I was told they no longer spray the inside of your home unless you see activity in certain areas. Before, I would always get an inside and outside treatment of my home and it was noted on my account. I had to watch what the new guy was doing because he was not thorough and forgetful with the sticky traps I asked him to replace in the garage. He also left without telling me so my garage door was left open, but like I said I was trying to keep an eye out while working as well so luckily it was not left open for long, but very well could’ve been a dangerous situation if someone had snuck into the the garage. He also didn’t clean up spider webs like they used to when they were just Precision Pest Control. Quality and customer service do not seem to be a priority for this company now.”

“I'm giving it two stars because the guy that actually came out was really nice and polite, but I canceled my services early February and someone came out to spray my yard in mid March even though I had canceled over a month in advance. I got charged for the service and I've tried calling a huge amount of times with no results, two times they answered, the first time they said "yea we'll refund your money, but our manager is not here right now to issue the refund" a few weeks later I called and a guy's said "sorry it looks like they forgot to process the refund" and I've called and called and no one answers or calls me back.. ***I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR ****”

“There was nothing wrong with the service but now don’t have a need for it anymore. I have called 5 times now to cancel the service and they all say they will cancel but they never do. They continue to charge my account. I did change my card info once and they threatened to send me to collections. It is impossible to cancel your service. It was essentially a 1yr contract that I signed but I have had them in service for almost 2.5 years. I don’t see how hard it would be for them to cancel the service. I am considering filing a consumer complaint under Texas Consumer Protection Division.”
