“I am very disappointed in this company. I paid $187 yesterday for them to come out and set traps to catch a mouse. The tech was nice and all however In 24 hours I called them to let them know I saw the mouse in a bedroom where there were no traps set. They were willing to come out again but wanted to charge me another $55. Really 24 hours and you can’t do a courtesy call. I will never use them again. Not worth the money and poor customer service.”
