“I guess I just thought that the experience would be different. I've never had to utilize a pest control company before, so I expected a different follow up. The guy that came out was extremely nice and I really appreciated that. However, I was told that they would bait my house with mouse traps and come back every week or so to check and see if a mouse was on the trap. I'm scared to death of mice and don't want to see a dead mouse if I don't have to. I was quoted $300-$500 over the phone so I thought they would put something down outside of my house to prevent them from coming inside and put something inside that would run it away. After being told that they would just put a bunch of mouse traps around my house I would just take my chances with the mouse traps from Walmart or the Dollar Store. Also, I think that the $138 estimate is a little much. Sure, I agreed to pay it and did, but that was because I thought that I would be getting an actual service done so I felt like I wasted $138. I mean I know that I have a mouse in my house, and I told them that it probably came in through my garage and they just reiterated what I told them and charged me for it. The end result was that I was charged $138 and still ended up going to the Dollar Store to purchase traps and instead of paying $300-$500, I'm just going to call one of my guy family members over here to take Mickey out when he gets caught. Again, the customer service was great, but the actual service never happened. I'm very disappointed and feel like I got bamboozled.”
