I called several companies before reaching Randy and I had to press one for Spanish and 2 for Russian or sent directly to voicemail and when I called him there was a person on the end of the line. He was thorough, pleasant, and professional. I called in a panic because while cleaning my father's unit I saw bed bugs and it freaked me completely out! I wanted someone there ASAP. He came in 2 hours sprayed and then put a powder down. I had him do my vehicle also. ? Well..I checked on my dad and there was less activity. I got help bagging and getting rid of his mattresses. They were old and cleaning his unit in my hazmat suit. Now 10 days later I'm seeing more activity. I've called, waiting for an answer. 10/1 This is a follow up. So my father ended up going to a rehab and I had to clean his place and I only saw a few live ones and the landlady after that saw none So it worked. So glad!!”

“RE pest control came and sprayed my house for a bed bug issue on Friday and so far since then I haven’t seen any bed bugs and I have caught any in my traps yet so I’m hoping they are gone! I called RE pest control on Thursday night, very late in a straight panic because of these bugs and I hadn’t slept in days, he reassured me and put me on the schedule to come out literally the next day.
